You have changed your mind or you just want to think about it? At Miki House France, it's simple and really convenient, you have 14 days to decide. For any purchase (unworn and unretouched), you can ask for a refund.

YOUR ORDER IN METROPOLITAN FRANCE

For deliveries in metropolitan France, returns are free thanks to the Colissimo Return Form available in your package.



• Step 1 :
Choose the item (s) to return and complete the Miki House Return Form in your package and to indicate the reason for the return as well as the information.

• Step 2 :
Stick the Colissimo Return Voucher on your package.

• Step 3 :
Drop it :

1. At the post office
2. In your letterbox
before 8:00 am without forgetting to make a request on the website : www.laposte.fr/retourbal If you opt for a post office, do not forget to have the stamp or signature affixed. This proof of deposit will allow you to follow the routing of your return.


YOUR ORDER WAS DELIVERED OUTSIDE FRANCE METROPOLITAN

Attention, the return costs are at your expense. Please enclose your Delivery Note which is in your package, then send us your package by post as soon as possible to the following address:

You will receive a proof of deposit to keep preciously. We advise you to keep a proof of this shipment in case of a claim. If it is an error of delivery on our part or the reception of a defective item, please contact by mail the customer service team@mikihouse.fr specifying the number of your order.


HOW DO I EXCHANGE AN ITEM PURCHASED ONLINE?


• BY POST : Simply follow the return process mentioned and send us the product with Miki House Return Form with your note. We will process it right away when we receive your require.


• IN BOUTIQUE : Just need to come to our Parisian store with your Miki House Return Form noted information and invoice or purchase ticket.



WHAT ARE THE RETURN CONDITIONS ?





You have 14 clear days upon receipt of your order to return your package to us. Your Customer Service reminds you that all items must be returned to us in their original condition (product label included). Any damaged or incomplete product will not be eligible for a credit note or a refund.


Your articles should:
• Have been ordered within 14 days
• Not having been worn or washed
• Have its original labels and packaging


HOW TO OBTAIN A REFUND ?


Once your return has been received in our shop, you will receive an email when we have received your package .
This refund will be made by re-crediting your credit card or your Paypal account, within 7 working days from receipt of the products.
